Insurance Advisor – Level 2

Level 2 Insurance Licence in British Columbia preferred;

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team in Lanford, BC.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 Insurance Licence in British Columbia and has experience providing insurance advice, building client relationships, and delivering excellent service.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position offering the opportunity to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry while working directly with clients and a supportive team.

• Provide professional insurance advice and solutions based on clients’ individual needs.
• Discuss coverage options, policy features, and insurance requirements with clients.
• Prepare quotes, applications, renewals, endorsements, and other policy documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to meet clients’ evolving insurance needs.
• Process policy changes and provide ongoing service and support.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable insurance regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a high level of customer service.
• Stay current with insurance products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Level 2 General Insurance Licence
• Previous insurance experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and explain insurance products clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in an office environment.

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and insurance licence level.
