In this role, you will ensure transportation and cross-dock activities run smoothly and efficiently. You'll coordinate employees and equipment while addressing operational exceptions and enhancing overall service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily transportation plans and operational strategies
• Manage schedules and oversee employee performance
• Respond effectively to service and delivery challenges
• Coordinate third-party carrier logistics when necessary
• Monitor vehicle and facility maintenance requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or applicable operational experience (2-6 years)
• Navigation in logistics and distribution settings
• Preferred experience in a leadership capacity
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
