The role requires overseeing cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance in all weather conditions. You will ensure the building is well-maintained by performing various tasks, including sweeping, trash removal, and basic repairs. Additionally, this position involves supervising other staff and keeping the premises secure and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and scrub hallways, floors, and stairs

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and equipment

• Perform minor repairs on heating and plumbing systems

• Supervise maintenance staff and activities

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and common areas

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent experience

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

• WHMIS and First Aid certifications

• Ability to handle heavy loads

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
