GDI Facility Maintenance Cleaner

GDI is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Cleaner to maintain cleanliness during part-time hours. Focus on indoor surfaces, bathrooms, and overall facility upkeep.

As a key member of the GDI team, you will sweep, mop, and sanitize various areas while adhering to high cleaning standards. The part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, allows for a work-life balance. This role includes responsibilities like monitoring for defects and handling waste collection, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of hard floors and carpets

• Restock paper supplies in bathrooms daily

• Wash glass surfaces, windows, and entrances

• Collect building trash and replace waste liners

• Assist supervisors with any required tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Experience with cleaning tools and equipment

• Reliable transportation is necessary

• Attention to detail and service quality

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate heavy-duty machinery
