Ironclad Properties Inc. is searching for a dedicated Building Cleaner for its new multi-family apartment complex. This role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and hygiene of resident areas and amenities. Key tasks include cleaning common spaces, preparing for resident move-ins/outs, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean hallways, entrances, elevators, and amenity spaces

• Empty garbage and recycling receptacles throughout the property

• Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, and maintain hard surfaces

• Disinfect washrooms and sanitize shared amenities

• Monitor cleanliness and report maintenance concerns

Requirements:

• Experience in janitorial or residential cleaning preferred

• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks

• WHMIS certification is an asset
