We are Salt Spring Islands premiere property management company and are growing beyond our capacity. We currently are a strong team of 12 and we are looking to add one, or possibly two more to that number. We have more work coming in than we can handle!
We provide all equipment and supplies needed to do the job. No employee is ever expected to buy anything out of pocket. You are required to have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle. This is non-negotiable. All team members are provided a set travel allowance for each job as well, as we understand the cost of maintaining a vehicle and fuel are something to consider.
The ideal candidate(s) are experienced in cleaning high end luxury estates and have experience with luxury vacation rentals. This is the vast majority of our clientele. Professionalism and attention to detail is key!
Shifts can be any day of the week, including stat holidays. We have shifts that need filled immediately.
Most shifts start between 9 and 11am. Please let us know what days and hours you are available.
*** We are looking for someone reliable that is looking for long term work.
*** To start, we have 1-2 shifts per week. Each shift can be anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours. We do this for the first few weeks while someone is training and while they get used to all of our jobs. Once we feel someone is fully trained, we then offer more hours. All of our full time employees started small, and worked their way up.
Wages start at $30/hr any work on stat holidays is automatically paid at time and a half. Performance is reviewed after 3 mos. Future pay increases are based on your individual performance. Because we are incorporated, we are bonded and insured. All employees are required to provide a clean criminal background check. We are fully insured with commercial liability and WCB.
All wages are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit through our payroll company and all income tax, CPP and EI are deducted from payroll.
Please also confirm that you do have your own reliable transportation and stable housing.
