As a Building Cleaner at Ironclad Properties Inc., you will play a vital role in preserving the fresh, modern atmosphere of our properties. This position involves routine cleaning and upkeep of amenities while collaborating with the team to ensure a pleasant living environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all common areas and amenities
• Collect and dispose of litter and debris properly
• Vacuum and sanitize carpeted and hard surface floors
• Clean and disinfect shared fitness equipment and furnishings
• Report cleanliness issues and maintenance needs promptly
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safe cleaning practices
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on high standards
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
• WHMIS certification is a plus
