Position: Day Shift Tool & Die Maker Role

In this position, you will be involved with the fabrication and upkeep of press tooling, robot end effectors, and process fixtures. Your skills in machining and use of CAD/CAM software will drive continuous improvements and support the production team. Collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot technical challenges is a key part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate press tooling and fixtures essential for production

• Provide technical support for plant operations and machinery

• Conduct maintenance on robot arms and die sets

• Utilize Autodesk Inventor and Master

CAM effectively

• Improve processes through collaborative efforts

Requirements:

• BC Ticket or equivalent red seal certification

• Advanced skills in CAD software

• Effective English communication, written and spoken

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills

• Experience with CNC and manual machining
