In this vital position reporting to the General Manager, you will own the Fasteners Department's operations. You should possess a broad knowledge of building supplies and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Responsibilities include engaging customers on the sales floor, tracking orders, and building strong relationships with vendors and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own accountability for the Fastener Department
• Provide superior customer service on the sales floor
• Track orders and follow up on sales timelines
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Oversee work assignments for replenishment team members
Requirements:
• Broad knowledge of building supplies and fasteners
• Minimum 2 years sales experience required
• Strong communication skills essential
• Detail-oriented and disciplined work habits
• Forklift experience is an asset
