Position: Store Associate for The Salvation Army
Become a valuable part of The Salvation Army team in Langford as a Store Associate. This part-time role includes engaging customers, sorting products, and contributing to successful retail operations.

In this position, you will greet and assist customers as they interact with the thrift store while also handling product donations. Your contributions will help enhance the retail experience, ensuring a tidy store and accurate processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and assist them with donations

• Process cash and debit transactions accurately

• Organize and price donated items for sale

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store

• Uphold store policies during customer service interactions

Requirements:

• Some high school education or equivalent

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

• Competency in cash handling and registers

• Understanding of safety and operational guidelines

• Physically able to lift items up to 30 pounds
