Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to deliver merchandising support across multiple retail locations. This position involves building display setups, ensuring compliance with planograms, and maximizing sales opportunities for various brands. You'll also assist in training and reporting, creating a direct impact on shopper engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build engaging displays and end caps in stores

• Reset shelves per established planograms

• Provide in-store merchandising support for retailers

• Assist leadership with training and reporting

• Travel locally and manage assigned territory

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of merchandising or planogram experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Reliable transportation to work locations

• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for reporting

• Flexible availability Monday to Thursday
