In this on-call role, you will monitor the safety and well-being of persons in custody under RCMP supervision. Responsibilities include observing prisoners via CCTV, assisting with searches, and maintaining a secure and clean cellblock environment. Your vigilance will ensure the safety of individuals and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor prisoners regularly using CCTV

• Organize and oversee meals and activities

• Maintain cleanliness of cells and surroundings

• Ensure cellblock security by locking doors

• Dispense approved medications under supervision

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification

• Ability to obtain RCMP Reliability Clearance

• Basic computer skills for record-keeping

• Physically capable of handling job duties

• Excellent communication skills in English
