Position: Commissionaires Detention Guard Role

As a Detention Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring the safety of individuals in custody and supporting the RCMP in operational tasks. Key duties include observing prisoners, organizing meals, and maintaining security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor prisoners through CCTV observations

• Assist with logistics of meals and daily activities

• Ensure cleanliness of cells and maintain order

• Handle security procedures for cellblock operations

• Maintain records and log prisoner activities

Requirements:

• Hold an Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification

• Able to secure necessary security clearances

• Strong English language skills for communication

• Good physical endurance and mobility

• Discrete and reliable with a focus on teamwork
