Securiguard seeks a Retail Safety Ambassador dedicated to creating a secure shopping environment. This role emphasizes professionalism, visibility, and strong communication skills. Collaborate with store management and assist in preventing loss while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deter theft through effective visibility and patrols
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide reassurance
• Conduct patrols of entrances, exits, and sales floors
• Address incidents and emergencies promptly
• Observe and report suspicious behavior accurately
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security Worker License (BST)
• Customer-first approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Dependable and calm under pressure
• 6 months of security or retail experience preferable
• Capable of standing for long periods
