Independent Contractor Delivery Driver (Victoria)

Fresh Prep is looking to hire highly motivated and friendly delivery drivers to join us in Victoria for Sundays and Mondays, with occasional Wednesdays. Start as soon as next week!

• Deliver cooler bags of fresh, prepped ingredients directly to customers’ homes, starting from our warehouse in Langford.
• Load orders in your vehicle and follow a pre-planned delivery route with support from the dispatch team on shift.
• Return collected cooler bags and undelivered orders to the warehouse.

This is an Independent Contractor position that requires the use of your own vehicle and smartphone with at least a 3G data plan. Delivery shifts are typically 4-6 hours in length. Compensation is paid weekly via direct deposit. Delivery hours are usually:

• Sundays 10am – 6pm
• Mondays 10am – 4pm

Availability within these times is encouraged.

Delivering for Fresh Prep offers an opportunity to earn up to $25-$40/hr.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Vehicle with valid insurance
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• A positive, friendly attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Ability to drive on the road for 4-6 hours
• Ability to work independently

• Organize and load orders in own vehicle
• Deliver orders in a timely fashion
• Return collected cooler bags and undelivered orders to the warehouse
