This role supports the Operations Support team in maintaining shared vehicles and ensuring they are operational. Candidates must be reliable and detail-oriented while providing friendly customer service interactions. Proactivity is key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain e-bikes, e-scooters, and equipment
• Swap batteries and assist with device servicing
• Relocate fleet vehicles as necessary
• Offer troubleshooting support during customer interactions
• Help with inventory management and special projects
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean record
• Experience with large vans and inspections
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills
