Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and explain the delivery process
• Install and manage appliances within homes safely
• Partner daily with a trained delivery associate
• Use modern dispatch software for accurate deliveries
• Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in deliveries
• Appreciation for safety in all tasks
• Must be available for shifts on Saturdays
• Ability to lift and move items over 100 lbs
• Strong people skills to enhance service quality
