As part of MNP's Cloud Accounting Services, you will handle all facets of bookkeeping, including payroll, financial reporting, and client relations.
Your role will also involve training junior team members and resolving discrepancies, ensuring financial accuracy across the board. Work closely with your team to foster strong client connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete bookkeeping processes for clients
• Handle payroll and relevant filings efficiently
• Train and mentor junior bookkeeping staff
• Conduct month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Reconcile a variety of general ledger accounts
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proficiency with accounting software like QBO or Xero
• Experience with T4 and T5 preparation
• Basic understanding of accounting principles required
• Diploma in business administration or accounting is advantageous
