Key Responsibilities Network to identify and pursue business development opportunities
Lead competitive proposal preparation for new business

Oversee full‑cycle cloud accounting engagements and budgeting
Mentor and coach team members for skilled growth
Requirements CPA designation or equivalent experience
7 years of accounting experience
Understanding of full‑cycle accounting principles
Experience with cloud software preferred
Proven leadership and relationship‑building skills
