Ideal candidates should possess 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. You will process invoices, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies while supporting the team’s monthly and yearly closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile invoices and payments
• Keep accurate and organized accounting records
• Assist with audit preparations and compliance checks
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
• Relevant accounting education or experience
• Minimum 1-2 years in accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
