Position: Full Time Bookkeeper at JRT Nurseries
Location: Fort Langley

Become an integral part of JRT Nurseries Inc. as a full-time Bookkeeper in Aldergrove, BC. Utilize your accounting skills to manage financial records and payroll accurately.

This permanent role requires you to maintain general ledgers and prepare trial balances for records. You will collaborate with the team to ensure all financial transactions are well-documented using both manual and computerized systems. A keen eye for detail and organization will be essential to excel in tracking accounts and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll accurately

• Maintain and balance various accounts using bookkeeping systems

• Prepare financial statements and general ledgers

• Generate statistical and accounting reports as required

• Prepare trial balance of books for accurate records

Requirements:

• 1-2 years bookkeeping experience required

• High school graduation certificate or equivalent

• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Must complete work at the physical location in Aldergrove
