Experienced Bookkeeper at MNP

MNP is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper who will make a significant impact through comprehensive bookkeeping for diverse clients. You will facilitate payroll processing, assist with governmental compliance, and mentor junior colleagues.

Your role as a trustworthy advisor will also involve enhancing client relationships and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer full cycle bookkeeping for clients in a dynamic setting

• Prepare payroll and manage related filings

• Support and train junior bookkeeping staff

• Reconcile GL accounts and manage cash flows

• Communicate with clients and government bodies

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in accounting/business administration is an asset

• At least 3 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience

• Familiarity with cloud accounting tools such as QBO or Xero

• Knowledge of T4s/T5s preparation

• Experience with Quick Books Desktop or Sage 50 beneficial
