You will work closely with project teams and external consultants to create accounting policies, generating necessary reports and financial visibility essential for company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage job costing structures

• Oversee project-specific AR/AP tracking

• Handle payroll through Wagepoint by job

• Collaborate on cost codes with tracking consultant

• Report monthly financials and cash flow forecasts

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a construction Controller

• Experience in job costing and ERP systems

• Strong ability to build financial processes

• Advanced Excel skills with raw data analysis

• Hands-on financial operations experience
