As a Senior Accountant in BDO's Vancouver office, you will join the Capital Markets Assurance team responsible for audit tasks and preparing financial working papers. You’ll leverage your analytical skills while promoting a positive relationship with clients and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently handle audit engagements
• Prepare interim and annual review files
• Assist in planning and executing diverse audits
• Compile working papers in compliance with standards
• Provide ongoing communication on audit progress
Requirements:
• Completed or in-progress CPA designation
• 2-3 years of public company audit experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Interest in publicly listed companies' regulations
• Commitment to teamwork and quality assurance
