Position: Accounting Professional at Hall Constructors
Hall Constructors seeks a dedicated Accountant to drive financial accuracy in British Columbia. This role focuses on billing, receivables, and robust financial reporting.

In this position, you will report to the Corporate Controller and handle vital processes that include invoice preparation, collections administration, and month-end reconciliations. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are pivotal for success in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customer invoices accurately

• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment issues

• Conduct month-end closes and reconciliations

• Assist with audit preparations as necessary

• Create AR aging reports to track payments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a relevant accounting role

• Secondary education in Accounting preferred

• Familiarity with accounting systems advantageous

• Must live in the Lower Mainland of BC

• Construction industry experience valued
