About The Controller Role
The Controller will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the financial operations of multiple companies within the Materials Supply Segment of BM Group. As a trusted partner to ownership and operational leadership, this individual will be relied upon for their financial acumen, sound judgment, and ability to translate complex financial information into clear insight that supports strong business decision‑making. The Controller will be accountable for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and disciplined financial management across a multi-entity operating environment.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in construction and manufacturing accounting, a strong financial reporting capability, and proven leadership within a complex, fast-paced business.
This is a highly hands‑on opportunity for a technically strong Controller who is energized by being close to the business. The Controller will operate at the centre of the day‑to‑day business, remaining deeply involved in accounting operations, supporting real‑time decision‑making, and providing practical financial leadership to the team.
