Accounts Payable Invoice Specialist

Pattison Food Group Ltd. is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Representative for its Finance team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will process PO and non-PO invoices, investigate discrepancies, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries. The work supports established processes and deadlines.

• Process high volumes of invoices within established timelines
• Enter and validate PO and non-PO invoices
• Review, investigate, and process electronic invoices
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Prioritize daily, weekly, and month-end deadlines

• One to two years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Strong organization, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
