Senior Administrative Assistant
Full time position, for an experienced, hardworking & well organized individual, who is looking to make a long term commitment. Office is centrally located in Burnaby, BC
Duties- Reception
- Filing
- Invoicing
- Coordinating paperwork and documents for Financial Institutions (i.e. Estoppels)
- Office Organization
- Update Tenant records/info
- Manage deposits and keep deposit spreadsheets up to date
- Rent collections — Bailiff correspondence
- Sending tenant correspondence (Memos, Rental Payment Schedules, Common Costs Reconciliations)
- Assisting management with various tasks
- Job site visits
- Dealing with city hall
- Scheduling
- Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
- Understanding of basic cash procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- 2-5 years experience with Real Estate work
- Initiative
- Organization
- Work with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Commerce degree is an asset
