Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and redirect all incoming calls with professionalism
• Assist visitors by providing direction and information
• Manage internal and external mail, including sorting and delivery
• Coordinate booking of meeting rooms as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a reception role is beneficial
• Professional phone etiquette is a must
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
