Position: Full-Time Administrative Assistant Christian School

The ideal candidate will serve as the welcoming face of the front office, providing exceptional support for families, students, and staff. This position requires meticulous organizational skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to foster a warm atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, welcoming presence for visitors and families

• Answer inquiries and relay messages with outstanding hospitality

• Manage school accounts, budgets, and office inventory

• Assist teachers and serve as a first aid attendant for students

• Adapt and learn new skills as department needs evolve

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration or customer service

• Exceptional organizational and data entry skills

• Current first aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong sense of purpose in line with Biblical principles

• Engage actively within a local Christian church community
