Tile Town invites applications for the Office Assistant role in our Head Office. Candidates will engage in Accounts Receivable and Payable processing, support daily bookkeeping operations through Quick Books Online, and manage data entry tasks. The ability to maintain confidentiality and show a willingness to assist the team is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processing tasks
• Perform detailed data entry to maintain accurate records
• Assist in daily accounting functions using Quick Books Online
• Reconcile financial documents and invoices
• Provide general support to the Controller and office team
Requirements:
• Prior experience in office administration or accounting preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy required
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
Support Tile Town’s operational excellence with accurate accounting and clerical assistance.
