As part of Inclusion Langley Society, this role involves coordinating schedules and managing leave for staff in a collaborative environment. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you will help ensure compliance with collective agreements and manage payroll collaborations while keeping service levels high. This is an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and adjust staff schedules for various programs
• Process scheduling changes and communicate effectively
• Track and administer employee leave requests
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
• Generate reports to inform operational decisions
Requirements:
• Certificate in Human Resources or Office Administration
• 1–2 years of experience in scheduling or coordination
• Knowledge of employment legislation and collective agreements
• Comfortable using scheduling and reporting tools
• Clean Driver's Abstract and completed Police Checks required
