Concert Properties is searching for a motivated individual with a strong background in administration. You will manage suite rentals, coordinate contractors, and ensure a positive living experience for all tenants. Your daily tasks will include paperwork, tenant inspections, and resolving repair requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer rental applications and complete credit checks
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of building and suites
• Process tenant inquiries and repair requests proactively
• Maintain precise on-site records and financials
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in residential leasing
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Residential Tenancy Act
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
• Exceptional multitasking and deadline-oriented mindset
