Langley Christian School invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant beginning August 2026. This role requires combining administrative acuity with exemplary customer service.
As the first point of contact at our High School Campus, you will manage inquiries and support our educational community. We seek a highly organized and tech-savvy individual who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while handling diverse administrative tasks and assisting in maintaining school wellness through first aid responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming presence for all families and students
• Answer public inquiries and relay important messages
• Organize school accounts, budgets, and office supplies
• Assist teachers and serve as a supportive first aid attendant
• Keep up with evolving responsibilities in a changing environment
Requirements:
• Experience in office administration or customer service
• Strong organizational abilities and data entry skills
• Current first aid certification or a plan to obtain it
• Active participation in a Christian community with shared values
• Ability to contribute to an inclusive school atmosphere
