As a Timekeeper/Office Clerk, your expertise will ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient communication within our health services. You will manage reception duties, data entry, and clerical tasks, along with setting up timekeeping periods. Ideal candidates thrive in an organized environment and demonstrate independent and collaborative work skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services and answer incoming calls
• Enter and verify data accuracy in computer systems
• Type reports, documents, and correspondence efficiently
• Reconcile staff timesheets and address discrepancies
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate office supplies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Office Administration certificate
• One year of recent related experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute
