We seek a dedicated Parts Advisor with 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership. You will leverage your communication skills and organizational abilities to assist customers, manage inventory, and support service advisors. Your passion for customer service and knowledge of automotive parts will play a crucial role in our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service at the parts counter
• Promote parts, accessories, and ongoing specials
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly
• Support Service Advisors with accurate labour estimates
• Process customer payments and maintain inventory organization
Requirements:
• 1–2 years as an Automotive Parts Advisor
• Previous dealership experience is a strong asset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
