At Open Road, the Licensed Technician role requires adherence to dealership standards while ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service. Your responsibilities will include communicating with the parts department, road-testing vehicles, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Additionally, you will document all completed tasks and oversee apprentice technicians under your supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform work according to outlined repair orders
• Document services accurately and thoroughly
• Consult with service advisors for necessary vehicle action
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations
• Train and assist junior technicians as required
Requirements:
• Fully licensed technician status required
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Valid driver’s license with abstract availability
