In your role at Vin Fast, you will collaborate with the Service Centre team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer interactions. Your responsibility will encompass vehicle delivery, assisting service functions, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have a passion for electric vehicles and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly in service and delivery areas
• Assist Service and Parts Teams with daily functions
• Deliver vehicles to service and sales departments
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service lot
• Conduct vehicle washes as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience in electric vehicle or luxury service preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must handle physical demands, including lifting
