Reporting to the Service Manager, you will assist customers with all their service needs r role will include conducting vehicle inspections, addressing customer inquiries, and processing repair orders. Use your exceptional communication skills to foster positive customer relationships while ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles for repair order preparation
• Communicate recommended services effectively
• Manage pre-authorizations and payment processing
• Update customers on vehicle repair status
Requirements:
