Location: City of Langley
Join a dynamic project in Langley, British Columbia, as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Document essential processes aligning finance, operations, and customer management.
In this contract role, you'll collaborate with senior product and process owners to translate operating practices into system-agnostic definitions. Your expertise will help document current and future processes for key areas such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. You will also facilitate workshops and support the ongoing ERP program phases for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance and operations
• Document current and future-state processes accurately
• Produce system-agnostic process artifacts, including swim-lane models
• Elicit and structure requirements in Azure Dev Ops
• Facilitate working sessions and record decisions
Requirements:
• 8+ years as a business analyst
• Two Dynamics 365 implementations, with experience in finance and operations
• Engagements owning process design with senior business owners
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
• Strong skills in system-agnostic process modeling
