Job details   Location 20351 Duncan Way Langley , BC V3A 7N3
Salary 50,000 to 110,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience  3 years to less than 5 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting  Responsibilities  Tasks   Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
Operate CADD and other computer software systems
Analyze tenders and recommend awards
Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
