BC Eco is seeking a Remote Civil Coordinator to enhance its operational efficiency in construction activities throughout British Columbia. Focus on supporting managers and field teams effectively.
This role involves working directly with the Operations team, requiring a keen attention to detail and adaptability to evolving project needs. As a key player, you will manage various job site logistics while fostering strong client relations. Your experience in construction administration will greatly benefit operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Civil Manager and General Manager
• Facilitate coordination between job sites and teams
• Maintain and manage project schedules effectively
• Review and file essential field documentation
• Direct communication between field and management teams
Requirements:
• Experience in civil construction and utilities
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple sites
• Strong Excel, Word, and CMMS skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence for site travel
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards
