You will engage in both field inspections and office support, ensuring that municipal infrastructure projects are executed correctly. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, evaluating construction progress, and preparing payment documentation. Your proactive approach will help mitigate potential problems, ensuring effective project delivery through collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed inspections throughout the construction process
• Maintain and prepare as-constructed documentation
• Notify project managers of potential issues promptly
• Collaborate closely with contractors and municipal officials
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• 2-4+ years experience in civil engineering inspection
• Degree or diploma in Construction Inspection, Civil Engineering, or related
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
• Knowledge of construction contracts and MMCD
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
