As an Experienced Building Consultant, you will bring 2+ years of estimating and restoration experience to J.S. Held. The ideal candidate will interact directly with clients, conduct inspections, and use industry-standard software to provide accurate estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project sites and damages with clients

• Provide accurate estimates for commercial and residential buildings

• Document schedules, change orders, and project files

• Mentor and guide other consultants in estimating and evaluations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in restoration or similar consulting experience
