The Tarcott Group is a leading residential and commercial management construction company located in the Fraser Valley. We are urgently hiring additions to our Commercial Construction & Tenant Improvements team. Our work is primarily located in Metro Vancouver (Burnaby, Vancouver, and Downtown Vancouver) and includes a wide range of commercial projects. We are seeking a strong, experienced Commercial Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our growing commercial division. This is a blended leadership role designed for someone who can operate between a Project Manager and a Lead Carpenter, with the confidence to run job sites while remaining hands-on. This position is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in the field.

You will be responsible for organizing, leading, and executing commercial projects, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and budgets are maintained, while actively working alongside the crew.

• Lead and organize commercial job sites from start to completion
• Coordinate trades, materials, and daily site logistics
• Read and interpret drawings, scopes, and specifications
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Remain hands-on and actively contribute to carpentry and site work
• Mentor and develop crew members

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven leadership experience running larger sites or complex projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules and problem-solve in real time
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Comfortable balancing leadership duties with productive, billable field work

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $37.00-$40.00 per hour
