Senior Site Superintendent

Position: Senior Site Superintendent at Marcon
Lead the construction projects with Marcon as a Senior Site Superintendent, ensuring adherence to safety, design, and budget standards. This role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and managing trade activities.

Reporting to the General Superintendent, you will oversee multiple projects within a portfolio, drive the construction schedule, and manage day-to-day field activities. An ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in multi-family residential construction, alongside strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities also include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting the project through continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control construction projects from start to finish

• Supervise subcontractors and site staff activities

• Drive adherence to safety and OHSA regulations

• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain up-to-date record sets of drawings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of construction law and building codes

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Construction Management Software

• Valid driver’s license
