Hall Constructors is seeking a dedicated Civil Grademan to contribute to various construction projects. Your responsibilities include reading site plans, setting up levels, and conducting essential calculations for grades and slopes. Two levels of expertise are required, from basic leveling skills to advanced equipment handling and site layout work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret site drawings accurately

• Set up builder’s level and GPS systems

• Calculate HI and document As Builts

• Monitor safety around powered equipment

• Assist ground crews when necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in civil grading and site coordination

• Effective communication skills in English

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of utility documentation and site layout
