Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise onsite construction activities
• Ensure safety and compliance with Marcon's standards
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Coordinate inspections and manage quality control processes
• Maintain project documentation and financial reporting
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in multi-family construction
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of construction laws and codes
• Skilled in project management software
• Valid driver’s license
