Join a well-established civil contractor focusing on underground utilities in the Lower Mainland. In this role, you will manage project delivery while collaborating with Superintendents, Foremen, and clients. Your leadership will guide projects to meet budget and schedule targets while fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage civil infrastructure projects from contract award to closeout
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project financial performance
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors effectively
Requirements:
• 3-4+ years in Project Management within civil construction
• Experience with municipal underground utility projects
• Strong understanding of watermain, sanitary, and storm sewer systems
• Knowledge of MMCD contracts and municipal specifications
• Proven ability in building relationships with stakeholders
