At Caliber Projects Ltd., your mission as a Project Coordinator is to ensure the successful execution of construction projects throughout Fraser Valley, BC. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, engaging with sub-trades, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings while maintaining strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site construction activities and schedules

• Manage site documentation and compliance with building codes

• Facilitate trade communication and issue resolution

• Oversee change orders, permits, and project draws

• Ensure adherence to Caliber's quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in construction, preferably wood frame

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective organizational and communication skills

• Ability to read construction drawings accurately
